1.Set up a company with 30mil capital.

Start with a capital of 30million yen and also your company has one full-time employees as well.​Eligible employees include: ​

• Japanese nationals,Permanent residents ,Spouses of Japanese nationals etc

2. Japanese Language Requirement (For Applicant or Full-Time Staff)

• Either the applicant or one full-time employee must have at least B2-level Japanese proficiency.
  This can be demonstrated by one of the following:

• JLPT N2 or above

• BJT Business Japanese Test score of 400 or higher

• 20+ years of continuous residence in Japan (non-Japanese)

• Graduation from a Japanese university

• Completion of compulsory education and high school in Japan

3.Business plan checked by Japanese  Business Exparts

• You will need a business plan assessed by a qualified expert, such as a certified SME consultant, tax accountant, or CPA. We are happy to provide introductions free of charge; however, the professional’s service fees will be billed separately.

4.Academic or Professional Experience 

• Hold a doctoral, master’s, or professional degree in business management or a relevant field

• Have at least 3 years of professional experience in business management or the intended field of business

5.Physical Office is required.

• You need an office whch not shared office or vertual office,Since 2025.16.Oct,using a room in your home as an office is generally not permitted.
